Federico Gutierrez managed to reach the presidential candidacy of the center-right with over 1.7 million votes, the former mayor of Medellin, won Barguil, Char Penalosa, Barguil as well as the tab for the los Cristianos, Aydee Lizarazo.
Federico Gutierrez, who was born in Medellin in 1975, is a former mayor of Medellin.
