Pastor Chris: The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born December 7th, 1963 in Edo State in Nigeria. He was raised in a family of faith with loving, committed parents. He is the son of the elder of elder T.E Oyakhilome. Angelina, one of the pioneers at the Assemblies, of God Church in Benin City, as well as the matriarch of the Oyakhilome family, who instilled her faith in God’s grace to her son from the beginning.
The LoveWorld ministry is a joint effort of the family. Reverend Ken is his brother. He is the revered Pastor of Christ Embassy’s Houston Texas Church. He is also a part of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren is the director for the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry which houses a number of top gospel artists.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a student at Edo College before winning a scholarship to pursue a degree in architecture at Bendel State University, known now as Ambrose Ali University, where He earned a BSc in Architecture as well as an honorary Doctor of Science award. He is a recipient of an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. While at Ambrose Ali University, he got his calling from God to enter into the ministry and to be an ambassador for the Lord.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Alongside preaching the Gospel, The Man of God also founded a number of NGOs that have the mission of offering vital services and hope to the needy, poor or neglected. COFI has five partners who support it, each of whom are dedicated to improving living standards in remote regions.
