Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on December 7 th, 1963 in Edo State, Nigeria, was raised in a family of faith, surrounded by loving and loving parents. He is the child of the elder T.E Oyakhilome who was one of the founders of the Assemblies to God Church in Benin City. Angelina and the matriarch Oyakhilome were also his parents. The divine grace of her mother was passed on to her son at an early age.

Chris Oyakhilome Pastor Chris has two daughters, Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon has chosen the route of her father in spreading the gospel of God to the world. Also known as CSO she is a Grammy-winning gospel artist and is a part of LoveWorld Music and Arts.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his education at Edo College. Then he was awarded a scholarship that allowed him to study at Bendel State University, now Ambrose Ali University. There he graduated with a BSc. in Architecture, as well as an honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary doctorate in divinity awarded by the Benson Idahosa University. He was at Ambrose Ali University when he received a call from God to be a priest and servant of the Lord.
