Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on the 7th of December 7 1963 in Edo State, Nigeria, was raised in a household that was a faith-based one, and was surrounded by loving and devoted parents. He is the oldest son of the elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina the matriarch of the Oyakhilome family, who imprinted her faith in God’s grace upon her son at an early age.

Reverend Ken the brother of Ken is the beloved minister of Christ Embassy’s Houston Texas Church and a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren serves as the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry(LMAM) which is where numerous gospel artists are among the top-selling artists worldwide.
Pastor Chris has two daughters, Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon has chosen to follow her father’s example of sharing the gospel of God with the world, also known as CSO She is an accomplished gospel artist, award-winning and a part of the LoveWorld Music and Arts family.
Oyakhilome Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his studies at Edo College. Then he was awarded a scholarship that allowed him to pursue studies at Bendel State University, now Ambrose Ali University. There was he obtained an BSc. in Architecture and an honorary Doctor of Science. Additionally, he holds an honourary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University.
