Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, born on the 7th of December 7 1963 in Edo State, Nigeria, was raised in a household that was a faith-based one, and was surrounded by loving and devoted parents. He is the oldest son of the elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the first pioneers of the Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina who is the mother of the Oyakhilome family, who imparted her divine grace on her son from a young age.

His brother Reverend Ken, is the esteemed pastor of Christ Embassy’s Houston, Texas Church and is a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council as well as his sister, KattyWorghiren, is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry (LMAM), where there are a number of top gospel artists in the world.
