Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (December 7 63, Nigeria) was born to a family of faith and loving, devoted parents. He is the child of the elder T.E Oyakhilome who was one of the first pioneers of the Assemblies to God Church in Benin City. Angelina and the matriarch Oyakhilome were also his parents. God’s grace was passed on to her son at an early age.
The LoveWorld ministry encompasses all members of the family. Chris Oyakhilome Reverend Ken is his brother and is the revered Pastor of Christ Embassy’s Houston Texas Church. He is also a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry which is home several top-selling gospel artists.
Pastor Chris has two daughters: Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon has chosen to follow the way of her father, preaching the Gospel of God to the world. Also known as CSO, she is an award-winning gospel singer and is a part of LoveWorld Music and Arts.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his education at Edo College. Then he was awarded a scholarship to go to Bendel State University, now Ambrose Ali University. There was he obtained a BSc. in Architecture as well as an honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary doctorate in divinity degree from Benson Idahosa University. He was at Ambrose Ali University when he received a call from God to be a minister and minister to the Lord.
