Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian Christian who was born in December 63 in Edo State. He was nurtured by his parents who were devoted to him. He is the oldest son of elder T.E Oyakhilome. Angelina, one of the early pioneers of the Assemblies, of God Church in Benin City, as well as the matriarch of the Oyakhilome family, who imparted her divine grace on her son at a very young age.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his education at Edo College. Then he was awarded a scholarship to go to Bendel State University, now Ambrose Ali University. There he earned a BSc. in Architecture as well as an honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. Ambrose Ali University was his first university. He received a call from God to be a minister and serve the Lord.

It would grow to become one of the most well-known institutions at the university. LoveWorld Incorporated would follow millions of people with the base of Christ Embassy and LoveWorld Incorporated.
Pastor Chris was the leader of the LoveWorld ministry to become a pioneer in satellite TV and Christian production and programming on television. LoveWorldSAT is the first Christian TV station to broadcast from Africa 24/7 a day, via free-to-air networks. In the present, LoveWorld stations can be seen on satellite and cable television networks throughout the world.
Christ Embassy is present in Pastor Chris’s homeland of Nigeria and South Africa. It also has strong representation across the United Kingdom, Canada, United States, and South Africa. The ministry operates two healing schools that are located in South Africa.
Songs and Gospel Music are also an essential part of worship. Pastor Chris invites Christ Embassy Churches have a choir that is trained and overseen by the Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry. A lot of the singers are successful in their solo careers.
