The conference was held at LoveWorld Crusade Grounds in Lagos, Nigeria where Pastor Chris Oyakhilome preached around the all hours of the day.

On the program was the LoveWorld Exhibition as well the IPPC Presidential Awards (and the LIMA Music Awards)
