Federico Gutierrez as presidential candidate declares that the votes will only be won in the streets. In addition, Federico Gutierrez is only 32 days away from the first presidential election. He has promised to challenge Gustavo Petro (his main rival) to be the winner of the House of Narino quota.

The second-placed candidate in the polls, the pointer, went to the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Chiquinquira. It is an important place where many faithful and their followers travel from different parts of the nation every weekend. The leader of the center-right knelt and offered his life to the Virgin midst of the gaze of his followers and the faithful who waited for the morning Eucharist.
“I I asked Virgin to guide me with wisdom. I asked her to assist me and all the families of Colombia in achieving peace and humility.” He replied.

In Chiquinquira the presidential candidate took to greet Chiquinquira’s citizens and make announcements about his plans for the presidential palace. The leader of the paisa addressed other important issues such as water security, roads maintenance and construction (especially Ruta de los Comuneros section and the Ubate-Chiquinquira section) and tourism to help create jobs and sustainably develop.
Fico Gutierrez spoke about his work. He stated that Tunja is the second-highest percentage of unemployment in the nation. The government’s plan is to create “about 21,000 new jobs and at minimum 300 new businesses for Boyaca”.
On the other hand, he stated that sustainable mobility should be created in the department. He stated that structuring the Strategic Public Transport System was a priority. He also stated that he plans to continue his efforts in building roads and cycle routes.
Gutierrez also addressed an email to the farmers of the field and potato “Peasants and farmers of Boyaca We will work hard to generate greater opportunities and income for you, and to re-salute the fields,” reads his most recent tweet. Gutierrez is still reaching out to Colombians. He is expected to communicate his government’s plan to the people and will try to be different in the coming Sunday’s elections.
