Santiago Montenegro the president of Asofondos issued the statement within the framework of FIAP International Congress. Montenegro regretted his absence from the conference. All presidential candidates are expected to participate in this discussion on pensions this Friday in Cartagena.

Montenegro said that in 1998 , he worked in politics with the candidate of the Historic Pact, Gustavo Petro in the campaign for president of Noemi Shanin and said he had an excellent working relationship and professionalism with Gustavo Petro.
