The ‘Chicken’ Carvajal refused to testify versus Petro in the Supreme Court

A former military officer from Venezuela was expected to give specifics on how the country illegally financed leftist groups and politicians for the past 15 years.

Hugo ‘El Pollo’ Carvajal, the former chief of Venezuelan Intelligence, refused the invitation on Friday to speak before the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia.

After Carvajal delivered a brief to Manuel Garcia-Castellon (National Court of Spain) The hearing was scheduled. Garcia-Castellon had received assurances by Carvajal that Venezuela “has illegally financed Leftist Political Movements around the world for at least 15 years.”

Carvajal was not just referring to the Podemos party (left-wing group founded under Pablo Iglesias) but also other Latin American politicians, parties and political parties such as Gustavo Petro.

However, on April 22 even with all diligence, the committee observed that Colombia and Spain cannot declare. This makes it impossible for the USA to extradite him.

He also expressed his distrust of the Spanish judiciary.

The document in which Carvajal mentioned the current candidate for the Presidency of Colombia states:

“While I was the director of Intelligence and Military Counterintelligence of Venezuela (Director of Intelligence and Counterintelligence for Military), I received numerous reports that indicated that this international finance was occurring. Concrete examples include Nestor Kirchner Argentina; Evo Mores, Bolivia; Lula D Silva, Brazil; Fernando Lugo and Ollanta Morales in Paraguay; Ollanta Umala, Peru, Zelaya, Honduras; Gustavo Petro in Colombia and the Five Star Movement in Italy. All of them were identified as Venezuelan government beneficiaries.

When confronted with this document Gustavo Petro himself asked at the time to have the Court begin an investigation to clarify the truthfulness or falsity of the statements. That is why this diligence is expected to be fulfilled tomorrow Thursday and will be supervised by Magistrate Cristina Lombana.

Petro stated that Petro had said at the time “The foregoing is based upon the fact that I have rights to truth and justice as a citizen and such false statements threatens my honor and good name.”

Who is http://y8space.com/members-2/gustavo-petrouqtu647/activity/2594222/ and what have been his explosive statements?

http://125.134.58.71/members/gustavo-petroimvr695/activity/2305048/ , the ‘chicken’ Carvajal was the head of the Military Counterintelligence Directorate of Venezuela. It was headed by Hugo Chavez and Nicolas Maduro for eight years.

His name began to become more well-known after he was included on the well-known Clinton List. This list is comprised of those who were involved in drug trafficking within the FARC. A warrant of arrest was issued by a Florida court in the month of May 2013. He also became a major member of Nicolas Maduro’s government. He was aware of all the details and actions of Nicolas Maduro, the Venezuelan President.

The DEA accused him of DEA of selling cocaine direct to his country, and “investing large sums of cash in drug shipments that were shipped to Mexico and the United States via the Norte del Valle cartel.

According to Spanish media reports, El Pollo says that the Venezuelan diplomat gathered money from the Embassy in Cuba in Caracas. He then brought the money to Spain with two different methods. One option is to transfer the money in a diplomatic pouch to Spain or he could deliver it himself in Caracas.

It is likely that this scheme would be repeated many times over the course of various governments from Spain or Latin America.

The country waits to find out what’s known about its most ardent fan. Petro’s presidential campaign could be affected due to his comments.
