Pastor Chris: The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (December 7 63, Nigeria) was born to a family of faith and loving parents who were devoted to their children. He is the oldest child of Elder T.E Oyakhilome and Angelina Oyakhilome. She was a founder of the Assemblies Of God Church in Benin City and a matriarch of Oyakhilome families. She handed down her divine grace to her son at an early age.
The whole family is actively involved in the LoveWorld ministry. Reverend Ken is Ken’s older brother and an active member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren (KattyWorghiren) is director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry. This ministry houses a variety of gospel artists who are top-selling across the world.
Pastor Chris is blessed with two daughters, Charlene and Carissa Sharon. Carissa Sharon decided to follow in her father’s footsteps of sharing the Word of God to all people. His small prayer group, ‘Youth for Christ’ would eventually become one of campus’ most well-known groups. The group would later to form LoveWorld Incorporated and Christ Embassy with millions of followers.
