Pastor Chris The Man
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian Christian, born on December 63 in Edo State. He was raised by his parents, who are loving and caring. He is the eldest of three sons who was born to Elder T.E Oyakhilome (one of the founders of Assemblies for God Church in Benin City) and Angelina. Chris Oyakhilome Angelina was the matriarch and imprinted her divine grace to her son at an early age.
The LoveWorld ministry is supported by all members of the family. His brother, Reverend Ken is the highly regarded Pastor of Christ Embassy’s Houston, Texas Church and an active member of Christ Embassy Central Executive Council and his sister, KattyWorghiren, is the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry (LMAM), which is home to several global best-selling gospel artists.
Pastor Chris has two daughters, Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon is following to follow the path of her father of preaching the gospel of God to the world. Also known CSO, she is a gospel singer who has won awards and a member of LoveWorld Music and Arts.
Chris Oyakhilome Family Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his studies in Edo College. After a scholarship was granted to study the field of architecture at Bendel State University (now Ambrose Ali University) and he was awarded the BSc degree in Architecture, and an honorary Doctor of Science. He also has the recipient of an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University. While attending Ambrose Ali University, he was prompted by God to go into the ministry and to be an ambassador for the Lord.

The Man Of God was a student at University when he started the church that would eventually grow to become one of the largest worldwide. His prayer group, called ‘Youth for Christ,’ would soon become one of campus’ most well-known groups. These would go on to become LoveWorld Incorporated and Christ Embassy with millions of followers.
Pastor Chris was the leader of the LoveWorld ministry to become an innovator in satellite TV and Christian production and programming on television. LOVEWORLDSAT was the first Christian television station that broadcast from Africa all day long on free-to-air channels. In the present, LoveWorld television stations are available on satellite and cable networks across the globe.
Christ Embassy has a strong presence in Pastor Chris’s home country of Nigeria. Two Healing Schools are located in South Africa and Canada. In Canada, Pastor Chris hosts special sessions throughout the year that permit miraculous healing to occur.
Music and Gospel Music play an integral element of worship. Pastor Chris encourages Christ Embassy Churches and Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry to train choirs. Many of these singers go on to be successful solo artists through the guidance of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s spirit and guidance.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a zealous donor who established the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation (COFI) a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization with the mission of helping the most disadvantaged communities and people in the most impoverished regions and nations across the globe.
Alongside preaching the Gospel, the Man of God has also created a variety of non-profit organizations that have the mission of offering vital services and hope for those who are poor, in need or neglected. COFI is supported by five partners, all of whom is dedicated to improving the standard of living in the most remote areas.
Under the auspices COFI are COFI’s InnerCity Mission (ICM) for children, the Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC), Trauma Care International Foundation (TCIF), Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) and the Bible For All Mission. Each of these groups works to improve the lives, health, and spirits of those most in need.
His charitable organization also provides nutrition for children who are in need. Pastor Chris believes that strong community foundations are fostered by COFI and The InnerCity Mission. This promotes accountability leadership and good governance.
