The Kerem Tunnel, Israel’s first bike tunnel, opened as part of Jerusalem Ring Path. This 42-kilometer cycle path surrounds Jerusalem.

The Kerem Tunnel, originally excavated by the Gihon Corporation in the 1990s in order to move its main sewer line to Sorek’s purification plant.
